Cartoons And Drawings And A Bit Of Stone This Week At The Renaissance Art Gallery

For the Weekend of March 9-11, 2012

On Friday March 9, Gary Lapelle will be hosting The Renaissance Art Gallery. Gary is known throughout the tri-state area for his pet portraits. Now would be a good time to come in and talk about immortalizing your very special friend. Gary also has many, many whimsical animal prints available.

Saturday drawing artist, Susan Tschantz will again be demonstrating Pen and ink. This week she will be working on more drawings from West Virginia wetlands including Greenbottom Wild life preserve with both India ink and colored inks. She will also have her Sumi ink and brushes. And the coffee pot will be on. Come in and enjoy a cup with Susan.

Linda Harbison: “I'll bring a stone miniature to work on Sunday.” Says sculpture Linda Harbison. She is working on a miniature cat sculpture and will continue its refinements on Sunday, March 11.
