Our Mission is to promote art and art education in the community and among its members. To encourage and promote a public interest and understanding of art; to create and develop a closer relationship between art and the community and further the education and artistic development of its members.

Wednesday Studio Hours


The Wednesday studio hours for the Renaissance Art Gallery are canceled for the dates of May 22 and May 29th.
 
 
 
Wednesday studio hours will resume with art classes for adults and children Wednesday June 5 for the summer session.
 
We are continuing working with human portraits and getting a solid foundation in art.
 
This summer we are planning on working drawing from life, both in the studio and at Ritter Park. Summer is also the time we explore new media.
 
 On the schedule for this year is charcoal, conte and silverpoint.
 
Anyone interested in joining the classes at this time should contact the Renaissance Art Gallery during normal gallery hours. Or contact the teacher, Susan Tschantz, directly by e-mailing the Renaissance Art Gallery.

Friday & Saturday 12-4 pm, Sunday 1-4 pm

Studio hours Monday 10-Noon, Wednesday 1:00-7:30 pm and Saturday 10-Noon
